El Palacio de Congresos, Ferias y Exposiciones de Marbella ha sido específicamente diseñado para albergar congresos, convenciones, lanzamientos de productos, exhibiciones y todo tipo de reuniones, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, ofreciendo a sus clientes unas infraestructuras modernas, íntimamente ligadas a nuestra premisa de calidad.
Con más de 10.000 m2 de superficie, integra bajo un mismo techo un auditórium, salas de reuniones, zonas de restauración y un pabellón de exposiciones.
La posibilidad de ofrecer dos grandes áreas, una de exposiciones y otra de congresos en un mismo edificio y la privilegiada situación en el centro de la ciudad, son sus principal es atractivos.
Marbella Exhibition and Conference Centre has been specially designed for conferences, conventions, product launches, exhibitions and all kind of meetings -both within a national and international scope, offering its guests the latest infrastructure, which are deeply bound to our principles of quality.
This is undoubtedly one of the charms of a city always surrounded by light, which finds in tourism its main activity through a wide range of possibilities: 26 kilometres of beaches, 17 golf courses, luxury hotels, prestigious restaurants and four yacht harbours, among which it is worth mentioning Puerto Banús, a fabulous old town, a wide offer of cultural activities, an intense nightlife and an incredibly beautiful natural environment.
With over 10,000 m2 surface area, it boasts an auditorium, conference rooms, catering area sand an exhibition pavilion.
The chance of offering two large areas, one for conferences and another one for exhibitions, in the same building, as well as its exceptional location right in the city centre, are its main appealing features.
La planta baja, además del Auditórium acoge el Pre-hall, el Hall y cinco Salas de Reuniones. La entrada principal al edificio o Pre-hall posee una superficie de 350 m2 diáfanos. Es el marco perfecto para la celebración de cocktails, coffee breaks o exposiciones.
Dispone de un largo total de 24 m., una anchura de 14,5 m. y una altura de techo de 3,80 m.
The ground floor consists of the Auditorium, Entrance Hall, Hall and five Conference Rooms. The entrance hall has an open-plan area of 350m2. It is the ideal venue for cocktail celebrations, coffee breaks and exhibitions.
It is 24m long and 14.5 m wide, with a height of 3.80 m.
El Foyer o Hall Principal dispone de 830 m2. Es el área de acceso al Auditorium. Debido a su superficie, es el marco perfecto para la celebración de almuerzos de trabajo, cocktails, coffee breaks o exposiciones. Posee además dos mostradores de 14 m. de largo, áreas especialmente diseñadas para el servicio de catering o bien para secretarías técnicas.
Dispone de un largo total de 54,15 m., una anchura de 14,4 m. y una altura de techo de 3,80 m.
The Foyer or Main Hall has 830m2. It is the entrance to the Auditorium. Thanks to its surface area, it is the ideal venue for business lunches, cocktails, coffee breaks or exhibitions. It also has two 14m-long counters, areas specially designed for catering services or technical secretariats.
It is 54.15m long and 14.4m wide, with a height of 3.80 metres.

A ambos lados del Auditórium existen cincos alas de reuniones, con dimensiones aproximadas de 100 m2 y una capacidad para 90 personas cada una.
Todas ellas disponen de luz natural y del equipamiento necesario para ser utilizadas para reuniones, salas de descanso, salas de prensa, salas vips, talleres, etc.
On both sides of the Auditorium there are five meeting rooms, each of them sized 100 m2 approximately and with capacity for 90 people.
All of them have natural light and are properly equipped to be used as meeting rooms, break rooms, press rooms, VIP areas, workshop rooms, etc.
En la primera planta encontramos la sala de conferencias con mayor capacidad, la Sala Azul. Diseñada para albergar hasta 208 personas, con montaje tipo teatro (butaca fija con mesa plegable).
Dispone de un largo total de 12,30 m., una anchura de 15,75 m. y una altura de techo de 4,00 m.
The Blue Room, which is the conference room with the largest capacity, is located on the first floor. It is designed to house up to 208 people with a theater - style setup –fixed seats with folding desks.
It is 12.30m long and 15.75m wide with a height of 4.00 metres.

El Auditórium posee un total de 1.520 butacas con mesas de trabajo plegables, pudiéndose dividir en tres auditóriums independientes. Su distribución en anfiteatro permite una magnífica visión desde cualquier punto de la sala. Está dotado de los medios técnicos y audiovisuales mas avanzados, tales como sistema WIFI, traducción simultánea y video-conferencias.
El Auditórium abierto en su totalidad posee un escenario central y dos escenarios más pequeños a ambos lados. La altura máxima de techo del Auditórium es de 5,83 m y la mínima de 4,00 m. El escenario principal tiene de un largo de 12,43 m, un ancho de 12,67 m y una altura de techo de 4,60 m.
El Auditorio principal puede dividirse en tres auditorios independientes, ofreciendo la posibilidad de celebrar tres reuniones diferentes al mismo tiempo. Sus capacidades oscilan entre las 440 butacas del auditórium más pequeño a las 593 butacas del auditórium de mayor tamaño.
The Auditorium provides capacity for 1,520 seats with folding desks and it can be divided into three separate auditoriums. Its layout as an amphitheater allows a great sight line from any seating area. It is equipped with the leading-edge technical and audio-visual tools, such as WIFI system, simultaneous interpreter service and video conferencing.
The Auditorium when completely open has a central stage and two smaller stages on both sides. The maximum ceiling height of the Auditorium is 5.83m and the minimum is 4.00m. The main stage is 12.43 metres long and 12.67 metres wide, with a height of 4.60 metres.
The main Auditorium can be divided into three separate auditoriums, offering the possibility of hosting three different meetings at the same time. Their capacities vary between 440 seats in the smallest auditorium and 593 seats in the largest one.
